Endings

Wow what a crazy week! This was our last week of school and boy was it crazy!!  I had to pack up my classroom for the 2nd time this year, yes 2nd. It ALL got moved to the gym and all I had was furniture. Try teaching with nothing, it's not fun. This year was my last year of teaching, I am excited to embark on new adventures and in the mean time be the wife God has intended me to be. With it being my last day I got this super cute going away frame.

It has some sweet well wishes on it. We have been praying for me to be placed to continue to serve and help others. God has great plans for me. There's a song, The Lord our God, and a lyric says " All your plans are for Your glory", so I believe in Gods plans over my own.

On a lighter note Tim and I made some chicken fried rice (recipe from Pinterest) and it worked wonderfully!
Super yummy and no MSG to make you feel bad.

Oh and Sprinkles slept in her own bed 2 nights in a row. She has been in our bed and she is a lot to deal with when she slams her booty into you to get comfy.
We thought it would be helpful when my parents watch her for our honeymoon (they aren't dog in the bed people) she'll sleep in her own little spot.

This is her cute bed. I think I heard if you do something for 21 days it will be a routine, well for working out anyway, so I hope it's true for puppies too !

Have a great weekend!  And yeah for summer and for a Honeymoon!!

I'm a legit married woman!!

Well we are married and it was a wonderful day!
It was so relaxing and easy breezy, it started with dropping off my Sprinkles baby off at my moms so she could dog sit for the night (it was so sad to have to leave her). My girls and I went to brunch and it was so nice to have  some time with them that was just fun.

Next, Ashley and I were off to get our hair done. That was a crazy moment, actually getting ready for my wedding. We had time to kill, I know crazy, so we ran a few more errands and then headed out to the site. We leisurely got ready and chatted girl talk. Ashely and I look like we were getting school pics done with the back ground.

When the photographer got there it was serious. We had to get me dressed since Tim and I were doing a first look, I know some people are not pro-first look but I wanted to enjoy that moment with just him. We're hoping to have some sweet pictures of that moment. At that time he gave me my wedding gift, a monogram necklace (this is from the next day).

We had a beautiful wedding (from what I hear) and then got to smooch it up to make it official.

Tim and I had a few minutes alone to eat upstairs before we finished pics and I snapped this picture: we're married!!

We had a great time at the reception and tried to enjoy everyone who came.
We were very blessed that we had so much family come from near and far to enjoy this day with us.

Fast forward to the next Friday: My sisters wedding!
We had lunch and I started on the little girls and Sam's hair. Then it was off to set up at their site. She and Dwight did a first look to get some pics before and I think my brothers beat friend did a great job on pics.

My wedding date :)

This weekend Tim and I enjoyed a movie with the Leonard's, lunch with his family and I went to dinner and another movie with my new sisters. I'm a little movied out but I enjoyed both very much. We had a great guest speaker at church Keith Craft, amazing! And relaxation of course. We have 1 more day off and don't know what to do with ourselves. Enjoy your Memorial Day!!

 I am wrapping up the school year, only 3 1/2 days left. It feels like the week will take forever, I think we are all ready for summer to arrive!

Wedding Week!

Soooo...this week......I am getting married!!!!!! No big deal, just wearing a white dress I try one every so often and walking down an isle with family and friends witnessing it all. No No No, it's a huge deal! Even though I have thought wedding stuff for the last 10 months this quote says it all.

This week along with wedding week, is also teacher appreciation week, our administration is pretty thoughtful in knowing we would love a little time away from work, so tomorrow I get to leave a little early and enjoy things like getting a tea and going through Target with out the crazy weekend crowds. Here's my Monday cute dress with new wedges, in honor if TA of course {and of course sprinkles}

Here is a craft I did a while back with Ashley, {the craft day that I realized the original unity ceremony piece didn't work} I am just now adding it to the house. I hope it looks ok, I say it looks like a Monet, from far away it's OK, but up close it's a big old mess {Clueless anyone?}

Back to wedding details, I only have 2 things to print and I am finished!! I have most of it packed up ready to take to the site. I am excited to share some memorable moments from the weekend that I change my name from Morris to Baker. Sprinkles is ready to be a Baker too.

Excited to relish in all the festivities!!! Have a fabulous week:) and I will see some of you looking glamorous!
